拜耳作物科学

拜耳作物科学以其高效的产品、开拓创新的精神和以客户为中心的态度在作物保护和非农业害虫治理领域处于全球领先地位。 拜耳作物科学的业务包括：作物保护、种子培育、改善植物性状，以及非农用杀虫剂和除草剂。公司由两个运营分支组成：作物保护业务，生物科学及环境科学业务。根据不用的产品组合，作物保护包括四个业务部门：除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂和种子处理部门。生物科学业务部门则主要研究种子及植物性状。环境科学部门主要销售非农用杀虫剂和除草剂。

招聘详细内容

Management Trainee

 

The purpose of Management Trainee positions is to prepare young managerial employees for their future assignments and give them more practical experience. Management trainees are rotated through different departments over a period of about 3 years, giving them broad insight into everyday business (“from sowing to harvesting”) and a variety of functions(Sales, Marketing, New Business Development and Business Planning and Administration).

 

Major tasks of position

·         Gain a broad overview of a country organization

·         Acquire or deepen practical knowledge of agriculture and crop protection

·         Assume responsibility for field force assignments in sales

·         Acquire selling skills (internal / external, technical/commercial)

·         Provide independent project support in the areas of consulting, sales, marketing or administration

·         Acquiring basic knowledge on the various Crops, Farmer behaviors, Indications, Competitors associated with CP industry.

·         Mapping key BCS processes of Budgeting, Campaign, Pricing, New launch (Brand plan), Marketing intelligence/Research and Strategy review

·         Analyzing the market trends and customers’ value propositions to support developing strategies

Skills, experience and qualifications

·         Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing and / or agricultural science related subject

·         Fresh graduates in related major or with max. 1-2 years related working experience

·         Leadership Capability

·         Good communication skill

·         Good analytical skills  and decision making capability

·         Learning agility

·         Fluent written and spoken English (CET-6) or have willingness to master a good command of English language

·         Good at standard business software
