Job Title:Farm Service Supervisor/农场服务主管

Reports to:Programme Manager, China/项目经理

Based at:  Hebei/河北

 

Job Purpose

 

You will play a role in developing our more sustainable cotton programmes and implementing farm projects throughout Hebei Province, ensuring those farmers, farm workers and the environment benefit from our projects. He/She provides technical/agricultural related guidance and inputs to our programmes as well as monitoring the implementation of the project activities at grass root level while ensuring all steps are taken for successful delivery.

康特耐（上海）管理顾问公司在河北招聘一名农场服务主管，负责开发可持续棉花项目，协调农场项目的实施，确保参与项目的农民、工人以及环境得到实际的利益。该职位需协助制定可持续棉花种植技术方面的指导材料，监测基层项目活动的实施，确保高质量完成各步骤。

Key Responsibilities:

 

Assist programme manager to implement and coordinate more sustainable cotton projects in Hebei. Coordinate cotton farm training sections for current projects according to brands’ production principles and criteria

协助项目经理执行并协调河北可持续棉花项目。根据品牌商的生产原则及标准协调执行棉花农场培训

Assist programme manager to plan training details, timing, budget and tools for current sustainable cotton programmes in Hebei – focus on proper usage of fertilizers/pesticides, water management, improving soil health, decent work etc.


协助项目经理制定河北可持续棉花项目的培训计划、时间表、预算和具体培训内容，主要包括化肥、农药的正确使用，水资源管理，改善土壤品质，提升体面劳动。

Collect, summarize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data about programs and progress towards meeting program target, and monitor the Key Performance Indicators every year

收集、汇总和分析项目进展的定量和定性的信息，监控并分析关键绩效指标

Assist to establish strong relationships with local key stakeholders such as farm groups, government agencies and academic institutions

协助与当地主要利益相关方如农场，政府及科研机构建立紧密的合作关系。

Assist internal experts and external academic institutions to offer technical support to farmers to improve sustainable cultivation skills and reduce impacts

协助公司内部专家及外部科研机构一起为农民提供技术培训和支持,以提高农民可持续发展耕种技能并降低环境影响.

To be successful, you will have the following attributes:

 

At least 2years relative working experience in Agriculture, or excellent fresh graduate;
至少两年以上相关农业工作经验，或优秀的应届毕业生；

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, excellent research and organizational skills;
熟练操作Excel, Word和Power point等办公软件，优秀的调研和组织技能；

Good command of spoken and written English will be an advantage;
具备良好英语口语及书面能力的候选人将被优先录取；

Ability to work in teams, attention to details.
良好的团队合作精神，注重细节。
