一、课程基本情况 课程编号:01140480 课程总学时:48,实验:48 课程学分:1.5 课程分类: 必修 开课学期: 春 开课单位: 植物生产类实验教学中心 适用专业:植物保护 所需先修课:普通植物病理学 课程负责人:周涛 二、课程内容简介 本课程是植物保护专业本科生的一门必修课,是一门专业实验课程。通过本课程的实验教学将进一步深化植物病理学和植物病害识别、诊断、流行及防治学的理论和实践。本课程教学中要求学生通过系统的学习和训练掌握植物病害的基本理论、识别、诊断、流行和防治基本技能,学习和掌握基本的植物病害诊断和防治的正确方法。 本科程主要内容为主要粮食作物(稻、麦、玉米等)病害、经济作物(薯类、棉花、油料、烟草等)病害、果树病害以及蔬菜病害的识别、诊断,病害调查及预测预报、田间病害观察及诊断,以及病原菌生理小种鉴定和作物品种抗病性观察。对主要病害进行症状观察识别、病原物鉴定以及防治知识学习,掌握主要作物主要病害的为害、发生流行和控制理论,对次要病害了解其发生规律和防治措施。 三、各部分教学纲要 1、课堂讲授部分教学内容要点、基本要求及学时数等。 2、实验、实习部分教学内容与要求: 实验一 水稻病害 3学时 学习掌握水稻主要病害、次要病害,掌握主要病害的症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。 实验二 稻瘟病菌侵染过程观察 3学时 学习观察稻瘟病菌侵染过程,了解孢子萌发、侵染钉形成、侵入各个步骤。 实验三 玉米病害及禾谷类黑粉黑穗病害 3学时 学习掌握玉米主要病害,掌握玉米病害症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。学习掌握禾谷类黑粉黑穗病害、症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。 实验四 薯类、棉花、油料、烟草等经济作物病害 3学时 学习掌握薯类、棉花、油料、烟草等经济作物主要病害、次要病害,症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。 实验五 麦类病害 3学时 学习掌握麦类作物主要病害、次要病害,对小麦三种锈病、白粉病、全蚀病等重要病害掌握症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。 实验六 果树病害 3学时 学习掌握常见果树的主要病害,对苹果树腐烂病、轮纹病、炭疽病、梨黑星病、柑橘病害等掌握症状、病原、流行规律和防治措施。 实验七 病害调查及预测预报 6学时 学会病害调查的一般方法,熟悉调查资料的整理、计算方法和分析等。为了解植物病害的种类、分布、发生发展规律、危害及为预测预报提供科学依据;通过病害调查,掌握栽培和环境条件对植物病害发生的影响,品种在生产中的抗感性表现,药剂防治效果等。 实验八 蔬菜病害 3学时 学习掌握常见蔬菜主要病害、次要病害,对常见蔬菜的叶部病害、果实病害掌握症状识别,病原,流行规律和防治措施。 实验九 田间病害观察及诊断 9学时 实践病害鉴定的过程,学习病原物鉴定的基本方法。通过对田间发生的病害的症状、病原特征、病害发生特点、病害的防治等方面的接触,全面认识一种病害。 实验十 病原菌生理小种鉴定和作物品种抗病性观察 12学时 掌握病原菌生理小种鉴定方法;了解作物不同品种对病原菌抗性差异 四、使用教材或主要参考书 《农业植物病理学实验指导》,农业植物病理学系实验教学小组自编,中国农业大学教材科印制。 执笔人:周涛 审定人: 2009年 11月 25 日制定(修订) Experiments of Plant Protection 2 1. Course description The main content of this experiment course includes the introduction of basic knowledge of crop diseases, fruit diseases, and vegetable diseases, their pathogens, epidemic and integrated control. During the course, large number of diseased plants samples and cases will help students to understand the management of the crop disease and their control. In addition, the practice in field lets students basically master the skill of diseases diagnosis and diseases control. 3. Design of each teaching section (1) The main contents of each teaching section, basic requirements, and teaching hours 3.1 Rice diseases (3hours) To master the important and secondary diseases of rice, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures for important rice diseases. 3.2 Observation of the invasion of pathogen of rice blast (3hours) To observe the course of invasion of pathogen of rice blast, and to know the steps for pathogen invasions. 3.3 Maize diseases and grain smut diseases (3hours) To learn the important diseases of maize, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures of maize diseases. To learn grain smut, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures. 3.4 Economic crop diseases (potato, cotton, oil crops, tobacco, etc.) To learn the important diseases of economic crop diseases (potato, cotton, oil crops, tobacco, etc), to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures. 3.5 Wheat diseases (3hours) To learn the important diseases and secondary diseases of wheat, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures of important wheat diseases, such as three rust diseases, Powdery mildew, and take-all. 3.6 Fruit tree diseases (3hours) To learn the important diseases of fruit trees, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures of apple tree canker, rough bark disease, bitter rot, pear scab, and citrus diseases. 3.7 Survey and Predication of plant diseases (6hours) To learn the general methods for disease survey, to know the collection, calculation and analysis of the surveyed data. Disease survey is the base to get to know the kinds, distribution, epidemics, losses and predication of plant diseases. At the same time, after diseases survey, to know the effect of planting and environment factors to outbreak of disease, the resistance of species, and the control result of pestcides. 3.8 Vegetable diseases (3hours) To learn the important diseases and secondary diseases of vegetable, to know the symptom, pathogen, epidemics and control measures of general vegetable leaf diseases, fruit diseases. 3.9 Observe and diagnosis of plant diseases in field (9hours) To practical the diagnosis of plant diseases, to master the basic methods to identify pathogens. Through observation of symptom, pathogens, epidemics and control of diseases in field, the students will know the disease in whole. 3.10 Identification of pathogen races and observation of resistance of crop species (12 hours) To master the method to identify pathogen races and to know the difference of resistance to pathogens between different crop species. 4.
