1996-2003年在中国农业大学农学专业和作物栽培学与耕作学专业学习,2003-2005年在合作企业从事技术工作,2008年在中国农业大学农药学专业获得理学博士学位。2010年中国农业大学作物学科博士后出站后,进入农学与生物技术学院(现农学院)从事教学科研工作。先后在美国Iowa State University、OHIO State University、Akzo Nobel和University of Hawaii进行学术访问。
主要研究方向为作物生理与生物化学调控。针对作物生产问题,解析激素生理与调控机制,研发植物生长调节剂并建立应用技术。讲授作物栽培学A、农作物概论、植物田间技术、作物化控原理与技术、植物生长调节剂开发与应用等课程。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划等国家级课题7项。全国研究生互联网+创新创业大赛金奖指导教师。发表论文83篇,其中SCI/EI收录论文46篇,代表性论文发表在New Phytologist,Plant Physiology,Field Crops Research,Industrial Crops & Products,Frontiers in Plant Science,Computers & Electronics in Agriculture,Journal of Agricultural & Food Chemistry,Pest Management Science,Analytical Chemistry等期刊上。授权发明专利40多项,转让企业5项。获省部级科技奖励一等奖4项,小麦化控防倒抗逆增产关键技术创建及应用获中华农业科技奖一等奖,所在作物化学调控创新团队入选中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队。编写《现代植物生长调节剂技术手册》、《作物田间技术与生物学观察》、《植物生长调节剂在农作物上的应用》、《植物生长调节剂常见药害症状及解决方案》等国家规划教材和专著8部。研发的植物生长调节剂新产品取得农药登记5个,在生产上实现了大面积应用。现为中国农药发展与应用协会植物生长调节剂专业委员会副主任委员,中国农业大学教授工作站负责人。
主讲本科生必修课《田间技术实验(上)》、《田间技术实验(下)》、研究生选修课《植物生长调节剂研究与开发》。参讲本科生必修课《作物栽培学A》、《农作物概论》和本科生选修课《作物化控原理》等。
