报告人:柏贵华 报告题目:小麦抗赤霉病基因Fhb1的精细定位与图位克隆 报告时间:9月7日 上午9:00 报告地点:农学楼110会议室 联系人:辛明明 报告人简介: 柏贵华教授,美籍华人。本科和硕士毕业于南京农业大学,1995年在美国普渡大学(Purdue University)植物病理学专业,获得博士学位。先后在德克萨斯理工大学(Texas Tech University)、伊利诺伊大学(University of Illinois)、美国农业部的农业资源利用中心(NCAUR/ ARS/ USDA)、俄克拉荷马州立大学(Oklahoma State University)担任博士后与教授工作。2006年至今任堪萨斯州立大学(Kansas State University)农学系教授,博士生导师。同时在美国农业部(USDA-ARS)中部(曼哈顿)谷类作物基因分析中心主任。 柏贵华教授目前主要研究分子抗逆(病)育种及小麦功能基因组学相关方向,长期致力于小麦赤霉病(FHB)、穗发芽(PHS)、叶锈、耐铝胁迫等抗逆基因定位;分子标记辅助育种,高通量测序,新型小麦分子标记开发及应用,以及小麦抗性等相关方面的研究。 主要研究成果: 1.
