非模式植物中的miRNA和相位siRNA的生物代谢与功能调控途径 ——蔷薇科植物中小RNA告诉我们什么? Biogenesis and function of miRNA and phasiRNA in non-model plants ——What do small RNAs in Rosaceae plants tell us ? 报告人:夏瑞 报告人单位:华南农业大学园艺学院 报告时间及地点:10月24日 上午9:00 农学院110会议室 报告简介: 小分子RNA(Small RNA,sRNA)是生物体内一大类重要的调控分子,它可以在转录后水平上调控基因的表达和mRNA的翻译,也可以在转录水平上通过介导DNA甲基化从而调控基因的转录。在植物中,sRNA在生长发育,抗逆抗病,以及生殖生长等过程中发挥着非常重要的生物 功能。根据其生物合成机理和生物功能的异同,sRNA主要可分为两大类,一类是microRNA (miRNA),另一类是small interfering RNA (siRNA) 。近年来,夏瑞博士一直致力于非模式植物(如苹果、桃、和大豆等)中miRNA和相位siRNA(phasiRNA,siRNA中的一种)的研究。在对不同作物中miRNA和phasiRNA进行注释的同时,阐述了一系列多年生作物中特有的小RNA调控途径,并从生物进化的角度对这些途径进行了深入的研究。夏博士的这些研究成果发表在一系列国际知名的学术期刊上。 报告人介绍: 夏瑞,2000-2007年华南农业大学攻读学士、硕士;2007.8-2009.7广东省农业科学院果树研究所助理研究员;2009-2013弗吉尼亚理工大学攻读博士;2013.5-2016.5先后在美国特拉华(Delaware)大学植物与土壤科学系、唐纳德.丹佛斯植物科学中心(Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, USA)从事博士后研究。2016.6引进到华南农业大学园艺学院,被聘为教授,博导。现已在Molecular Biology and Evolution, Plant Cell,Genome Biology,Plant Physiology,MPMI等学术刊物发表SCI论文近20篇。 发表论文: (1) Yu Zhang, Rui Xia, Hanhui Kuang and Blake C.
